We should remove Elastic Agent binary version and Integration version sections from the Fleet Settings flyout since we do not provide functionality shown in the disabled options. They suggest functionality which do not exist and can not be enabled.

+1 on removing this before GA. It feels more like a bug because these features don't exist. I'm not sure it should be on the roadmap, but would be good to track on our GitHib project board somewhere.
