[Lens] Display number of shards searched vs remaining for long running searches #94495

After testing async searches in 7.11, since that is the latest version that I can test with many shards, I found that async searches just show a loading spinner even though we have more information available. Specifically, we are provided with the number of searched vs total shards, so we can show a message like Searched 33/46 shards or just a percentage.

Even though async searches are supposed to return partial aggregations, I wasn't able to see any partial aggregations- so improving the loading spinner is the best we can do.

This effort is dependent on work by @elastic/kibana-app-services
