[Discover] Missing data on top-level object fields when switching from _source-based to fields-based data #91953

For example, if a previously saved search from 7.11 contains a column for the field object, you should see the values for object.key and object.value instead of seeing blank data.

If any highlighting is needed, the highlighting should be visible as well.

This does not need to work with CSV reporting because this feature never worked before when using _source only. You will get this error: field [products] isn't a leaf field\"
