Discover: Toggling "Show unmapped fields" is not re-rendering the table

Kibana version: master

Describe the bug: Toggling "Show unmapped fields" is not re-rendering the table even if it changes

Steps to reproduce:

0. Use legacy doc table
1. Create an index with unmapped fields
2. Create a pre712 saved search with columns for these fields
3. Open the saved search and toggle "Show unmapped fields"
4. Table doesn't change

Expected behavior:
Table should re-render and unmapped field values should appear/disappear

Any additional context:
Seems like the request is done just fine, it's just about rendering

I think I found this issue and have a fix as part of this PR: #91783, it's related to the angular context of the table-row component.

We've decided to remove the toggle, so this issue is no longer needed.
