Filter is applied but invisible when dashboard is imported

Describe the bug:
When exporting a dashboard with a filter, and then import it in another cluster (same version), the filter is applied to the dashboard, but I cannot see it:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Apply a filter to your dashboard
2. Export the whole dashboard and related objects
3. Import it in a new cluster
4. Filter is applied, but the filter is not shown in Kibana

Expected behavior:
Filter is applied and properly shown

Closing this because this is not a problem in later versions of Kibana.
