Kibana version: master

Describe the bug: Index patterns have the ability to specify runtime fields. However the field existence API of Lens doesn't support them and they are shown as "empty fields"

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Download and import index pattern including runtime field definition index-pattern-so.ndjson.txt
  2. Go to Lens and select imported index pattern
  3. Runtime field what_a_fielding is shown as "empty" field

Expected behavior:
Should be shown as field with data
