Kibana version: master

Elasticsearch version: 8.0.0

Browser version: Chrome 85.0.4183.121

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): source

Describe the bug:

Kibana basePath isn't part of the image src for synthetics step images

Expected behavior:

Image src should be prefixed with the Kibana basePath, images work fine once this is amended.
