[Ingest-Management]: The number of Agents deployed with a configuration are not visible when configuration name is too long

Preconditions
1.Kibana 7.9 BC5 cloud environment should be available.
2. Configuration with 99+ characters should exist.

Steps to Reproduce

• Open the Kibana 7.9 BC5 cloud environment in browser, then click Ingest Manager>Integration Tab.
• Select any integration and click on 'Add <integration_name>'
• Observe in the 'Select an agent configuration' drop down we are not able to see the number of agents deployed with the long text configuration name.

This is indeed an issue in 7.9, but the UI here is revamped completely for 7.10 (and the new UI does handle long names/descriptions correctly): #73172

Closing as won't fix due to the updated UI.
