Kibana version:
7.9 latest

Describe the bug:
noticed last week: rendering of the config breaks when in my case the query parameter is short vs long query:

and “breaks” == jumps to the left

that’s with our POC for osquerybeat, but I assume any other beat that has long input field in the config will have the same issue

Expected behavior:
view does not jump and user can see the data they wish to enter
