Send an alert like

My Alert - <alert -name>  is in a state of OK [Recovered]

 The number of documents for <Alert condition> is <Actual Value> for last <alert condition duration> is no longer <operator> to the threshold <Threshold value>

Send this recovery alert notification only once after the alert condition is no longer true.
