Watcher management page automatically refreshes after 1 minute and any text in the search box is lost

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): Untar kibana-7.8.0-darwin-x86_64.tar.gz

Describe the bug: Watcher management page automatically reloads after 1 minute of inactivity and any text in the search box is lost.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Watcher management page /app/kibana#/management/elasticsearch/watcher/watches
2. Type anything in the watcher search box.
3. Wait for 1 minute, watcher management UI page automatically refreshes after 1 minute (maybe to fetch latest watches) and all content in the search box is lost.

Expected behavior: Watcher UI should not automatically refresh when the search text box is not empty.

Any additional context:
Watcher UI is often used to narrow down the list of watches and work on them (by opening them in a new window). When the watcher UI refreshes, that working list is lost.
