Describe the feature:
As a user, I would like to get a preview of how many alerts a specific threshold will trigger. Therefore, we are going to introduce a preview chart.

Please be aware that the Metrics UI team has already worked on this feature for metric alerts.
-> Empty/loading states, behavior, placement, and the calculation of the charts' time range can be the same.

The bar chart should preview the document count threshold (red line) the user sets.
