Management -> Alerts and Actions -> Create Alert

Not all Observability specific alert types are available on the creation flyout:

The only one that appears is Metric and it seems to be broken:

Related to #60915 (not duplicate but will have same solution).

Removing from Alerting project, issue will resolve once observability completes Kibana Platform migration.
