With the rise in popularity of ARM, we should provide builds suitable for this platform. Infra is currently working to provide the Jenkins workers to allow for functional testing.

Elasticsearch has done so in elastic/elasticsearch#53914 and elastic/elasticsearch#53936

@elastic/kibana-reporting-services do we aarch64 builds for Chromium available? Where are those currently being created?

This is currently blocked on creating Chromium builds for aarch64. @kobelb is taking a look into the scope of this and if we can use the existing Linux Ninja config.

This was completed in #69165. I have created issues to follow-up with Docker, deb, and RPM archives.
