Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the "Context" tab
  2. Change the "Execution context" to either "Score" or "Filter" and do not provide a value to the index field
  3. Note execution fails

Expected behavior: At the very least, we should indicate in the UI that this is a required field. Preferably, we would not call the execute API unless the field has a value.
