Discover filter value form last column in table

Describe the bug:
The Filter out value button on the last column in the table on the discover page cannot be clicked. Hovering over the button will cause it to flicker. Trying to hit the button by click spamming will also not work.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Choose a field and select Toggle column in table
2. Try to filter out a value using the Filter out value from the added column in the table
