Now that the saved object client wrapper is exposed in the new platform, we can migrate our usage from depending on the legacy kibana server to the new SavedObjectsClient. See https://github.com/elastic/kibana/blob/master/docs/development/core/server/kibana-plugin-server.savedobjectsservicesetup.md#example.
