[Uptime] IP address column in Monitor History table should be right-aligned

Describe the bug:
The columns in the app are mostly good, but the Monitor History table should have its IP addresses right-aligned, per #40583.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start up master/7.5 Kibana with some Uptime monitors
2. Navigate to the Monitor page
3. Observe the bug in the bottom table's IP column

Expected behavior:
The column is right-aligned
