[Logs UI] Create screen to show results of the analysis ML jobs

Summary

The ML-based log analysis functionality (#41505) will produce results based on the parameters given by the user during setup. The screen that presents the results will be shown when the user activates the "Analysis" tab (which will be added in #41879) and the ML jobs are set up correctly.
