Kibana4 support configurable refresh intervals & time filter #3936

I'm using kibana-4.0.2 dashboard.
Eachtime, we go to dashboard UI, time filter is last 15 minutes and refresh interval is OFF.
Can we set default time filter range & refresh intervals at setting panel?
E.g. By default, I wanna time range is latest 2 days and refresh intervals is 1 hour without URL specific designated
