On updating the dragselect library version from the current v1.8.1 to the latest version v1.12.2 (see #37731), clicking on cells in the Anomaly Explorer swimlane no longer causes the other components in the view to consistently reload for the selected cell.

With version v1.12.2 the dragselect callback handler in ml/public/explorer/explorer.js seems to be being passed an empty selection of elements, which results in the view not being updated when the swimlane selection changes.

In the meantime, the dragselect library should be kept to v1.8.1 - see #38183.
