Local dashboard color scheme setting

Create a dashboard setting (like the one in Kibana 6.x) that allows a user to switch a dashboard between light and dark modes, without the need to change spaces. (This ability was taken away in Kibana 7.x.)

Some users prefer "dark mode" for visualizations but "light mode" for viewing text, such as when working in Discover.

Our current thought patterns are that theming should be user specific and not space specific, with the ability to toggle it on and off at will on any page in Kibana.

Thanks for the reply. I think that would be helpful in our case, so long as the setting could be applied independently in each module for the current user. (That way, the user wouldn't need to "flip the switch" each time they navigate between modules in Kibana.)
