Kibana version: 7.0

Related issue: #34230

Browser version: Firefox 65 and 66 (tested on Windows 8.1 Enterprise and macOS Mojave 10.14.3)

Describe the bug:
When the browser window is small enough, a scrollbar appears in the Kibana menu on the left to be able to see all the menu items. The scrollbar appears to not work correctly on Firefox.

Here the last menu item (Management) remains hidden behind the Collapse button and cannot be clicked:
