There is a setting that was added in 6.7 by community contribution Hide 'Time' column when enabled, it removes all the time columns in all the saved searches (both in Discover and in Dashboard) it is still, however, export the timestamp in the CSV even when it is not visible in the table
it looks like this

I'am also having same issue, however Time column is not visible in Search and Dashboard, but when the search is exported to CSV from dashboard it Time column is coming.
Is there any workaround for this issue?

This will be addressed when CSV Export uses SearchSource on the server internally. This is a priority since it is related to supporting Runtime Fields with CSV Export: #81079
