[TSVB] Dashboard View - plugin initialized with invalid index pattern

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add kibana_sample_data_flights, kibana_sample_data_logs indexes into your Kibana instance;
2. Mark kibana_sample_data_flights as a default index;
3. Go to Visual Builder (TSVB) and create a new visualization;
4. Save that visualization and add saved visualization to any Dashboard;

Expected behavior:

I expect to see data only for kibana_sample_data_flights

@alexwizp I cannot reproduce this on master. Can you check again updating your master again to see if this is again reproducible?
