Found in 7.0.0

Forward slash characters in influencer field values are not being correctly escaped in the info tooltip of the distribution chart in the Anomaly Explorer. For example, the following is seen for a value of /opt/elastic/7.0.0-20190130/elasticsearch-7.0.0-SNAPSHOT/modules/x-pack-ml/platform/linux-x86_64/bin/autodetect
