Describe the bug:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. create an empty canvas and save it without adding any elements to it.
  2. click Export workpad button
  3. Unable to generate report TimeoutError: waiting for selector "[data-shared-item],[data-shared-items-count]" failed: timeout 30000ms exceeded will be seen in the report page as shown below.

Although I could not reproduce it, but the user I am working with is saying that the same happens for non empty canvas as well.

To enrich this discussion here the log of kibana. (See Rejecting mapping update to [.monitoring-kibana-6-2019.01.21] as the final mapping would have more than 1 type: [_doc, doc])

Hi All. Could you verify the compatibility matrix here. As from v7.x, RHEL/CentOS 6.x is not supported, due to incompatibilities between Chromium and the older glibc.

You can workaround this issue by setting the browser type to PhantomJS in your kibana.yml, as described here: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/6.8/reporting-settings-kb.html#reporting-capture-settings, however, as noted in the Support Matrix, that is outside of Support Scope.

Hope that helps!

Cheers,

Richie
