This is similar to revealImage and would receive a percentage as context. We could also customize it to a range to show number values instead of percentages.

Note that if/when we do this, I think the number is worth including, but we need to be able to disable it.

++ I was looking for this as well for some an operational monitoring / KPI tracking use case. We should have an option for a circle or half circle and be able to control the width of the line
