Saved object table does not filter by object type on page load #22976

The Discover application Open top nav contains a button that links users to saved object management.

The link includes the app state identifying the saved object type to search by setting _a=(tab:searches). The saved object table no longer filters saved objects by the search type when loaded.

Adding some version info for this issue:
In 6.6.0 it's broken as described.
In 6.5.2 it's broken as described.
In 6.4.3 it's broken as described.

I'm not sure when this functionality was introduced. Did it ever work? I don't think we'll treat this as a blocker for 6.7.0.

We would also like to filter by queries for Saved Queries saved object types #39140
