Steps to reproduce (assumes ChromeVox or similar)

  1. Open Kibana in a new tab
  2. Tab to Monitoring
  3. Tab to the "View All Alerts" Button
  4. Enter some text to filter the alerts

Actual Result
5. no context is given to the result set (number of results, etc), and only the links in the table are tabbable

Expected Result
5. Number of results should be read, and some additional info should be given upon tabbing to a link within the table.
