Optimize PDF for printing option doesn't print datapoints on tilemaps if there is a filter on dashboard

Describe the bug: If you print a report on a dashboard which has a filter using optimize PDF for reporting - the report doesn't print the data points.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a tile map to a dashboard
2. Create a filter and save it
3. Click reporting and choose optimize PDF for printing

Kibana doesn't print the datapoints on the map. It works fine with preserve pdf for reporting. Also works fine for both options in visualize app

So the data points are not getting printed when the option optimize is checked even if there is no filter on 6.6.0 latest snapshot.
