In #194677 we enabled native roles in FTR configs by default for Search and Security projects. We had to skip existing "old" tests, that were validating role APIs are disabled.

Since native roles enabled by default, it is a right time to move role CRUD APIs tests to the regular FTR configs: x-pack/test_serverless/api_integration/test_suites/common/platform_security/roles_routes_feature_flag.ts
