Summary

Currently, the new Solution Navigation can only be enabled in Cloud instances.

It would be very helpful to have a Kibana configuration to enable the new navigation on on-prem instances, for internal testing purposes. Something like:

xpack.navigation.forceSolutionNavVisible: true
