New item from Create list item from UI not working

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version

Version: 8.15-SNAPSHOT
Commit: c47f4833230ac0c14af5c4669d68ab41ceac4dd6
Build: 75674

Preconditions

• Please find attached file to upload under list items

Steps to reproduce

• Navigate to Rule page
• Click on Manage Value lists
• Upload the file from the precondition
• Click on file to view the content
• Click on "Create list item" and try to add new items
• Observed the added field is not showing however success prompt is showing

Current Result
Create list item from UI not working

Expected Result
Added item should be visible under value list

Sure, it's was fixed by this PR

There was fetch list items API broken, this why there were this error
