[Visualization] Add Status Indicators

Describe the feature:
I would like to visualize the status of terms. The user would configure this to define what value corresponds to color.
The visualization could be added to existing visualization by allowing to color map the text values of a field.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
Our users want to see health status displayed easily and quickly.. Currently, you can add something like gauge, metric, and data table with color. The issue is the current formats are only for numeric values. This new visualization would consider the text.

Hi @Erikg346 thank you for your request. We just added the ability to color text in tables #189895 (will be released in version 8.16). Will that solve your issue for now?

This would suffice for now.
Just to provide more context, we want to create "Health" dashboards to visualize the current health of our IT infrastructure. It's kind of been tricky as there are not many visualization options for status health

I think this issue can pivot towards improving Metric visualization in Lens.

I have been asked to recreate this in Elastic:

But metric visualization only allows numbers for it to dynamic change by color (using 1 to determine UP is not efficient):
