Kibana version: 8.13.0 BC4

Browser version: Chrome latest

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from staging

Describe the bug: Text is overflowing the report completed notifcation banner.

The issue reported results from how EUI handles text in toast titles, an issue was been created with the EUI team, which has in turn been picked up, with a PR already created to address this here (elastic/eui#7568).

Closing this as the fix mentioned above landed in #178890
