Preconditions:

1. 8.12.0 Kibana cloud environment should be available.
2. Agents should be installed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Agent > settings tab.
2. Add Kafka output.
3. Add Kafka Client SSL certificate without adding Client SSL certificate key
4. Observe that Kafka output with SSL authentication is added without adding Client SSL certificate key and no error is displayed.

Expected:
Kafka output with SSL authentication should not be added without adding Client SSL certificate key and appropriate error message should be displayed.

Tested with a cloud cluster on latest snapshot and the kafka output can't be saved without entering an SSL key:

We have re-validated this issue on latest 8.12.0 BC4 Kibana Cloud build and had below observations:

Observations:

• Kafka output with SSL authentication is not added without adding Client SSL certificate key.
