Summary

After fixing, the test suite named 'Lens visualization' in x-pack/test_serverless/functional/test_suites/observability/cases/view_case.ts and x-pack/test_serverless/functional/test_suites/security/cases/view_case.ts can be unskipped.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a Serverless project (Observability or Security, does not matter) or open traditional kibana
  2. Create a case and navigate to the case detail view page.
  3. Click the Visualization icon in the markdown editor to add comments to the case.

This issue occurs in Cases app of observability and Security Solution for all flavours (locally, cloud, serverless) .
