[Logs onboarding] Cloud sign-up entry point

It was suggested by @isaclfreire to add the following entry point for stateful deployments and I have raised this issue to discuss it further.

This will likely need changes to the control plane to get access to user information in Kibana, and in Kibana to be able to direct users to the observability-specific page instead of app/home.

• When signing up as new user (Figma)

User should land into the new onboarding after sign up if they select observability as their primary use case

That's great thanks @yngrdyn! So, it seems that there's a filter for the observability guides. Is it a link on the control plane side?

yes, that's configured on that side. I didn't do anything more than answer that little form at the beginning.

I believe that we should continue this process as it exists today, the only difference being that clicking on the "collect and analyze my logs" tile links to the route of the new new onboarding experience.

rerouting to the new o11y onboarding page would direct us around all the current funnel metric data collection.

we should reconsider changing this behavior, but in a future release in collaboration with the platform team (related to potentially broader changes to the trial flow)
