[Observability] Landing page for Observability onboarding

Observability onboarding landing page needs to be implemented to direct users to the logs onboarding wizard, or take them to integrations where they can manage set up on their own.

"Skip for now" will link to the observability overview page.

• Integrations: /app/integrations/browse
• Monitor Kubernetes clusters: app/home#/getting_started with the Kubernetes guide flyout open
• Sample data: /app/home#/tutorial_directory/sampleData

Also, if users want to start with another observability product will they have to go through the integrations / skip for now links? Currently, we also have APM and Host metrics in the setup guides cc @drewpost

How/where does a user go to get back to this view once they have left it? Will there be a dedicated option for this in the O11y side nav?

Hi @gbamparop do the APM and host guides exist? Afaik these were only placeholders, so the main idea is to replace this setup cards page with the screen Oliver shared in the beginning of the thread.
To answer @drewpost's question, we aim at having inside o11y header a button to trigger again the onboarding flow + a callout message in the overview page entry point as well. See below.

There is a tutorial for APM available for onboarding services.
