Add baseline dashboard screenshot comparison tests

It'd be great to have a mechanism for testing dashboards via baseline screenshot comparisons, esp single visualization screenshots, in order to catch rendering issues sooner. It should probably be full screen mode to avoid any failures due to changes coming from the chrome, and ideally we would provide an easy mechanism for updating the baseline snapshots when legit changes are made, which would happen fairly often.
