Our user was trying to export a rule from api via /api/detection_engine/rules/_export but failed with {"message":"Invalid string length","status_code":500}

They also tried export them individually but failed at the one with a big exception list. (Please find the original issue below)

  1. Could we confirm that the bit exception is the cause?
  2. Could we have an option to ignore the failing ones when bulk exporting rules?
  3. Could we have an option to download without exception list?
