📝 Summary

Related to #143216

When listing the SLO, we need to handle cases of Degrading (for timeslices and calendar aligned SLOs) status and no data status.
We also need to display a Forecasted badge when the summary data has been estimated (for calendar aligned and occurrences SLOs)
