We introduced tagging of package assets in 8.5.0: #123904

The white color does not work well with light theme, and hard to spot (especially after Dashboards view changed to move tags from a separate column to a joined column).

Change the color to a light color that works well for both light and dark themes.

When are we thinking to implement this? The tags look like options in light mode.

It doesn't work with dark mode either, they are more prominent than dashboard titles.
