Relates to elastic/security-docs#1493, #140222

There are some connectors that require additional steps to update after an upgrade (e.g. https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/servicenow-action-type.html#servicenow-itsm-connector-update).

If that deprecation is not mentioned in the Upgrade Assistant, we need to ensure it's added to the appropriate places in the Kibana upgrade or Stack upgrade guides.
