Description

Greetings,

With us shifting to more of a self-service model for creating rules in kibana, it would be nice to be able to see in kibana who created a rule and when. Can this be displayed int he kibana ui? This also applies to other saved objects as well, so perhaps there could be a general duty solution to this by adding that capability to the Saved Objects UI?

Thanks,

-Bill.

Sounds like there may be some overlap here with the content management initiative: #128006 and #138343

The creation time (created_at) field was always available, and created_by was recently added in #179344.

So now it would only be about @elastic/response-ops wiring the fields in their internal model and UI

Hey @billfnt. Could you please share a bit more context from which solution in Kibana you create the rules, which Kibana version you use, and on which page you would like to see this information? Rules store who created the rule and when.

EDIT: I just noticed that the issue is more than a year old. The functionality is already supported by Rules. Should we close the issue?
