Kibana version:5.5.3

Elasticsearch version:5.5.3

Server OS version:win 7

Browser version:version 60.0.3112.113 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior:
Create dashboard with dark theme.

With bright theme:
white_theme

With dark theme:

dark_theme

Fixed with #13345. Will backport to 5.6
