Buff to the time field on histograms #1382

It would be nice to be able to create histograms based on different components of the time field. So for example, I would like to know trends in a set of data between 1pm and 6pm regardless of the day, or the trend by day of the week, or by hour but only on fridays...

This will be possible with scripted fields, which is on the roadmap for Kibana 4-BETA3. Please track #1537 for updates!
