[Lens] Improve subsequent quick function defaults

Describe the feature:
Several lens visualizations support adding multiple identical dimensions:

• Primary and secondary metric in the metric visualization
• Multiple vertical axes in XY types
• Multiple metrics in a table
• Horizontal and vertical axes in heat map
• Multiple slice-by dimensions for pie

When the user drags a field that is already in use in one of these "identical" dimensions, we should consider defaulting to a different quick function. To go a step further, we could prioritize these default quick functions based on several factors including popularity or visualization-specific heuristics.

Example
When I drag bytes to the secondary metric dimension, why not suggest something other than "Median?"
