Preconditions:

1. 8.4 Snapshot Kibana cloud environment should be available.
2. Agent should be installed with more than three tags.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to Kibana environment.
2. Navigate to Fleet Agents tab.
3. Add more than three tags to the agent.
4. Navigate to Agent details page.
5. Observe all the added tags are not visible.

Expected Result:

• Tags count for more than 3 tags should be visible under Agent details page.
  Example: Tag1,tag2,tag3 and 2 more

I don't know if we need to trim this field, might be ok just letting the text wrap. @juliaElastic what do you think? A fix here will also solve #136368.

I'll check, I am using the same component here as in the agent list page, so the behavior should be the same.

We have revalidated this issue on latest 8.4 Snapshot kibana Cloud environment and found it fixed now.
